Privacy
This site has no forms and sets no cookies of its own. It loads one third-party script, Google Tag Manager, and this notice says what that means.
What this notice covers
This covers grapplegaming.com, the marketing site you are reading. Ordering and billing happen in a separate customer portal that is not open yet. When it opens it will carry its own privacy notice, because it will handle account and payment data that this site never sees.
What we collect here
Nothing that identifies you, from us. This site loads Google Tag Manager, a Google script that can load further measurement tags. Tag Manager itself sets no cookies. What it loads is our decision, and this notice changes when that does.
There is no cookie banner because the site sets no non-essential cookies. If a tag loaded through Tag Manager ever sets one, a consent control goes in before it does. There is no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no chat widget and no social embed.
The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, and the game artwork is served from this domain rather than from Steam. Google, through Tag Manager, is the one third party a page load reaches.
What our host records
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it records the request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. That is used to deliver the page and to block abuse, and it is not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.
Who we share it with
Google receives the request Tag Manager makes when a page loads: your IP address, the page, and your browser's details, handled under Google's own privacy policy. Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or trade any information from this site.
Your rights under POPIA
The Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is processed, and to complain to the Information Regulator.
In practice this site holds nothing to ask about. Once the customer portal opens and you have an account, those rights apply to the account data it holds, and the portal's notice will say how to exercise them.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom
This site is built for South Africa and priced in rands, so the GDPR and the UK GDPR apply to you only in the narrow sense that a page you load is processed. For completeness, here is where that stands.
The lawful basis for the request records our host keeps and for the Tag Manager request to Google is legitimate interest: delivering the page and understanding, in aggregate, whether anyone reads it. Nothing here relies on your consent, because nothing here sets a cookie or reads your device. If that changes, consent is asked for first.
Your data leaves the country you are in. Cloudflare serves the site from its own network and Google receives the Tag Manager request; both operate under their own published safeguards for international transfers. We hold no logs from this site ourselves. Cloudflare keeps its request records under its own retention policy.
You have the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to complain to your supervisory authority, in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office. In practice this site holds nothing to ask about, and the customer portal will carry its own notice for the account it opens.
Contacting us about this
Email [email protected]. Once the customer portal opens, this notice will be updated with the responsible party's full details and a named contact for data requests.
Changes
If this notice changes the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect: Tag Manager was added on 2026-09-05 and this notice changed with it, and any further script or widget would require changing the paragraphs above. That is deliberate.
