What this notice covers

This covers grapplegaming.com, the marketing site you are reading. Ordering and billing happen in a separate customer portal that is not open yet. When it opens it will carry its own privacy notice, because it will handle account and payment data that this site never sees.

What we collect here

Nothing that identifies you. There is no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to, and there is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, no chat widget and no social embed.

The fonts are served from this domain rather than from Google, and the game artwork is served from this domain rather than from Steam, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.

What our host records

The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, it records the request: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user agent string. That is used to deliver the page and to block abuse, and it is not combined with anything else or used to build a profile of you.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or trade any information from this site, and there is no third party receiving data from it.

Your rights under POPIA

The Protection of Personal Information Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is processed, and to complain to the Information Regulator.

In practice this site holds nothing to ask about. Once the customer portal opens and you have an account, those rights apply to the account data it holds, and the portal's notice will say how to exercise them.

Changes

If this notice changes the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly widen what we collect: adding an analytics script or a third party widget to this site would require changing the paragraphs above, and that is deliberate.
